Intrastate report the the below excel sheet is not showing not showing some billing documents.

I evaluated the report above and these are the findings I come up with.
The intrastat report (VE01) is purely to monitor the movement of goods within the EU community
The above report has Credit memo’s, Intercompany billing and third party invoice. The report VE01 results the invoices that went through the actual delivery process with cross the boundaries.
None of the three cases have the delivery.

  1. For credit memo’s customer is not returning the damaged products( or any other reason code).
  2. Intercompany Invoices(No intercompany delivery is taking place).
  3. Third party( third party is responsible for the delivery we are not).
